Next, we will log your referral and respond within 72 hours (excluding Bank Holidays) with some options for your first chat with one of our Recovery Workers so that they can fully understand how we can help to make your life better. We will try to meet with everyone as immediately as possible so you may be offered a next day appointment if that suits you.

If appropriate, at that first meeting we can discuss the need for a prescription and organise an appointment with a doctor or nurse and we can start developing a plan together.
