Application Form

This form is designed to assess your current housing situation and needs in BC, and offer an alternative.

You may be eligible for our housing registry if you meet the following criteria:

• One of the following household groups: family, senior (55+), person with disability, or single people at risk of homelessness.

• You reside in British Columbia

• You meet the residency requirements

• Your income and assets are below the threshold

Please note that you also have to meet the other conditions of the program. Housing is allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis and we reserve all rights.
