Q: What are minimum order quantities?

A: Our minimum order size starts at 16 units.

Q: What shoes am I able to customize?

A: Our Team & Custom Sales program allows you to choose from our existing inventory of shoes available to team and group sales. Our team is happy to provide the most appropriate options for your needs.

Q: Can I customize the shoe colors?

A: Not at this time. We customize using our current available inventory, which you can view on our website.

Q: What type of logo do you need?

A: We require a vector file of your logo (.ai, .svg, or .eps). This ensures the highest quality result. If you don’t have a vector version, we may be able to help convert it.

Q: How long does the entire process typically take?

A: Within 5-7 business days we can provide you with design options and inventory availability. If we have full size availability for your needs, the entire process can typically take 3-4 weeks in total. We will keep you updated along the way if there are delays.

Q: How is payment handled?

A: Once we receive quantities and your design is finalized, we will provide an invoice for payment. Once payment is received your order will be released and shipped. Payment options include credit card, bank transfer, among others.

Q: Can I customize kids' sizes?

A: Currently, we're only able to offer customization kits for our adult sizing.

Q: How will our order arrive?

A: Shoes are shipped in boxes of approximately 8 pairs per carton to your designated shipping address. Custom decals or tags are shipped separately with clear instructions on how to apply them.

Please note: we do not ship orders individually to each team member’s home.
