What to Expect

Several details about the defective component are required. As such, we recommend gathering the info listed below prior to starting the claim.

  • Address of Defective Item

  • Install Month and Year

  • Serial Number(s)

  • Description of Defect

  • Photos of the defect are required mechanical issues

  • KPMC & RMSC Firmware Versions

  • KPMC Warnings, Alarms & Faults

  • Log Files from before and after the event

  • Time Stamp of when the issue first appeared

  • Affected Rack(s) ID

One claim per issue.

  • Ex. If multiple RMSCs have the same issue, only one claim is necessary.
