Please follow the instructions below to ensure full credit and avoid additional fees.

This return must be accompanied by an RMA number. Only items shown on the RMA can be returned.
Pack all products carefully to avoid damage from shipping. Original shipping boxes preferred.
Products MUST be packed in shipping boxes! DO NOT write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging.
Products must be returned complete with all components, screw packs, etc. Open screw packs will damage the product in transit, so pack all parts carefully. Omitted components will be replaced at customer expense.
Credit is contingent upon return inspection.
