Not what you wanted? No worries. You are welcome to return anything that was purchased at eaglecreek.com up to 60 days from the date your order was placed. We ask that returned items are kept in new, unused condition, with all components and tags intact.

If you need to return multiple pieces of luggage from the same order, please submit separate returns for each product. This will allow you to receive a shipping label for each box. Each return shipping label is for the exact product listed on the return.

Shipping labels will be provided at customer's cost.
